| Details: | Phone call from Dan Leoutold saying they cannot correct deficiencies because they don't have someone in the district who can fix them. They indicated Fairview water PWS 4100887. I sent an email to Fairview and Hunt asking if there was a merger. I had contacted Fairview in October 2025, and they indicated there were talks but NO merger on the horizon. Deficiencies from the 2019 and 2025 surveys still stand. | ||
