Details:	Brian indicated that Sandy has not been calculating CTs for EP-C for the purchased Portland water correctly. The CT required figures have been higher than necessary for the 3-log giardia requirement. CTs have still been met though. The City will sum successive CT inactivation ratios for the Headworks to Larsen and Larsen to Hudsen pipe plug flow sections, and compare the combined inactivation ratio to see if it is greater than or equal to 1.0 and if CTs are met, according to rule. The City will begin this in June.
