| Details: | Results of the monthly Nitrate sample was 10.9Mg/l which is over the MCL. The system has had a history of high nitrates and is notifying the users on a quarterly basis. Plans for the new water system are proceeding slowly. The plans have passed county planning review and now the State archaeologist has to assess the site and it may be 2-3 months before that may happen: if approved at that point work can begin on the development of the new water system and distribution. Until such time when the system is complete the water system will keep notifying the users of the Nitrate issue and will send Public Notice information to Compliance.dw@state.or.us. | ||
