| Details: | Missing Quarterly water sample results since December 2014. And monthly Ground Water chlorine residual reports are late or missing. Also have not received copy of, Public Notice in April 2018. Spoke with Water System contact; a copy of the public notice is being located, investigation to where the quarterly samples are being analyzed, and where the monthly chlorine residual reports are being sent. A list of Water Contractors and Resources has been requested. The list of contractors is mailed along with the list of violations to Leafwood Association water system. With contact information for Lane County Environmental Health to assist with returning this system's violations to compliance. | ||
