| Details: | Sue doe (home owner in water system) contacted Lane County in regards to violations at this facility. On 2/19 facility was contacted by lane county to provide update contact information for facility in order to address on going violation response due to not providing coliform samples routinely and not providing 4 log data on time. facility noted it will work on getting a contact person but have not responded to lane county after this point. Sue contacted to follow up to see what needed to be addressed, all violations were provided to the system by email to address any issues. one issue noted was marking the samples for the lab to allow the lab to submit these to state OWS. the other is to work on the system submitting 4 log monthly reports on time. the last 4 log report also noted multiple errors and was noted by facility that individual testing wrote these number incorrectly due to inexperience and this issue was corrected, but a report has not been provided to lane county to show this as of 3/12. system noted it is electing new board members to handle, address violations, and work as main contact for water system. this has not been determined. facility will follow up with lane county regarding all violations noted to address these issues. |
