| Details: | Repeat and triggered samples collected 7/17/2019 were coliform positive. A level-1 investigation was completed less than 12 months prior to this incident, triggering a level-2. Mark Sanders, the operator, was contacted and informed of the requirement for a level-2 investigation. Mark was informed that one of our drinking water staff would contact them soon to schedule a site-visit, during which a level-2 investigation would be performed. Mark acknowledged that a level-2 investigation would be performed and was unsure as to the cause of the coliform positive results at the time of the phone-call. |
