Phone conversation with Operator. Operator has recently taken role for facility. Operator believes that facility has had a water company repair/replace ion exchange filters/media (unkn) 2 months ago. Facility is aware of violation due to letter sent to office. facility discuss with board regarding small water systems operator, repairing failing treatment, and will post a tier 2 public notice regarding mcl violation. will contact me regarding time lines and posting notice.
