Details:	Rice Hill West Subdivision operates a private treatment facility for groundwater serving 18 connections at their subdivision 10 north of the city of Oakland OR. The system is currently experiencing leaks in the outdated lines that are also in need of upgrading to meet code. They asked that Civil West do a site visit to assess their system and give recommendations for required upgrades to correct the system deficiencies in addition to discuss funding assistance options available. 1. 10-18-18 Will Dawson conducted a site visit and met with Lisa Palmer to discuss their system. 2. 10-26-18 a recommendation for upgrades and cost estimates sent via email.
