| Details: | Operator contacted me this morning regarding the 3 positive repeat coliform samples that were submitted on 9/20/19. The assessment sample submitted on the same day was absent of coliform. We discussed several reasons that could be contributing to this situation. A pump company has been contacted and will be meeting with the operator this afternoon. Via his email I send a Level 1 coliform Investigation form on this day. | ||
