| Details: | Spoke with Jeb about routine E. coli positive sample collected at the 1401 Hermits Way Sample Station on Tuesday, October 1st. Free chlorine reported with sample was 0.23 mg/L. He plans to collect three repeat samples and a triggered source sample from Well 4 (SRC-AC) tomorrow morning. Well 4 was the only source in use at the time of the initial positive. He will notify me once sample results are available. I made him aware of the boil water advisory public notice requirements if any repeat samples are coliform positive. On Thursday October 3rd, I talked to Jeb about another sample collected on October 1st at 2220 W 8th St sample station that was total coliform positive. A free chlorine reported with this samples was 0.87 mg/L. He will collect three repeats for this positive routine sample. On Friday October 4th, the three repeat and two triggered source samples following the routine E. coli positive sample were all coliform absent. Jeb decided to collect a source sample from Fleck Well 5 (SRC-EA) as a precaution. Waiting to learn sample results following the second routine total coliform positive on the same day at the 8th Street location. |
