| Details: | Deficiencies from 4/26/19 survey were no level 2 operator (system grew in size) and no treated sample tap for the Sun Ranch well (#3). Paul sent me pictures of the raw sample tap that was in a valve box outside of the well house and Josh is taking his D-2 exam. Until he has his D-2, Micah Olson will be the contract operator. System has written protocols for under-certified operators in place. |
