| Details: | Contacted Mr. Coffey and Mr. Wager over the phone today and instructed them to collect 3 repeat samples and 1 source water sample within the next 24 hours. The source sample will be labeled “Triggered sample”. The operator was also instructed to collect 3 temporary routine samples by the end of October, 2019. Temporary routine samples are collected during the next month after the original positive, but in this case, since the original positive was collected on September 30, 2019, Temporary routine samples must be collected in October, 2019. In other words, all 6 samples should be collected in October, 2019. If any of the repeat samples or triggered sample should come back positive, the operator was instructed to take corrective actions to fix the problem (e.i. shock chlorinate), before anymore samples (Temporary Routine Samples) are collected. Mr. Wagner believes the sample was contaminated during the collection process. A copy of the brochure on how to collect a water samples was emailed to Mr. Wagner. |
