Details:	Asked for an update on the treatment installation. This treatment (primarily a GAC filter) was proposed by the water system to address the ongoing DBP exceedances in response to an Administrative Order. Their proposed completion deadline was June 30, 2019. Complications with the contractor's schedule and a significant distribution line break at the water system pushed things back. Most recently I had heard the installation would be complete by Oct. 15, but now the contractor will not be at Weiss till mid-November. Corinne Clifton suggests a plausible completion date is now November 22. I relayed this update to our DWS compliance staff.
