| Details: | Operator contacted me after receiving the coliform results submitted on 10-8-19. Prior to this he had disinfected both storage tanks and sent this super chlorinated water through the distribution system and had hauled water as a refill source. The raw water sample tap is several 100 feet away from the well in the pump house. I discussed with him that the coliform could have taken residence in this area. He did confirm that after the first positive sample he had work done to the ozone equipment on this line. I recommended that he take special samples from the raw water sample tap and at each storage tank as it is a possibility that the hauled water company did not keep there transfer equipment aseptic. | ||
