| Details: | Phone conversation with Mark. Facility will post tier 2 public notice for Arsenic. Facility will sample for arsenic for ratios of specifically arsenic 3 or 5 in system. Facility will attempt to get written access for all POU filters for system - facility is aware with/out access to all POU filters system may be required to install centralized arsenic system. Facility is considering installation of chlorine and has received contact information for OHA and Plan Review. Facility will update sampling protocol for arsenic and POU and will address inconsistency in sampling ID information. | ||
