| Details: | The newly approved well #2 at this system, SRC-BA is on a schedule for monthly Source Assessment tests. The September 25th test was accidently submitted as a Routine from distribution (Dist-A). This was an error in filling out the sample submission form, and the form correctly identified that the sample was taken from "Well 2", not from the mixed well water distribution system. I forwarded the test results and an explanation to my Drinking Water Services technical contact and he requested that the test type be altered and counted as an Source Assessment instead of a Distribution Routine.
