| Details: | As a result of altering the September 25th, 2019 coliform test from Routine to Source Assessment, the violation for missing the source assessment sample was resolved and removed. However, in its absence, the system no longer has a valid 3rd quarter Routine sample. A violation has been issued for missing the 3rd quarter test. I spoke with Angela Cervantes and explained the situation. We discussed the potential escalation to an Opportunity Letter, and a Make-Up test in addition to the regularly schedule Routine sample if another quarter of testing is missed within the coming year. We discussed that if the Opportunity Letter requisites were not met, the system would be moved to Monthly Routine testing. Angela assured me that she now understand the Sampling Schedule for Coliform page on the website and will successfully test the coliform at the frequency required by the schedule. |
