| Details: | I called Mr. Bellinger to explain that OHA issued a $650 civil penalty due to the recent violation of the agency's administrative order. Bill Goss and Melissa Ney also took part in the call and I explained how the penalty was calculated, described the process for requesting a contested case hearing, and that OHA may be willing to settle the penalty and reduce the amount exchange for a concrete commitment to connect the water system to the City of Hermiston. I told Mr. Bellinger the Notice was mailed today and should be received on Saturday (or Monday at the latest). He said he will call after he reads the document, if he has questions. | ||
