| Details: | With Melissa Ney of the Oregon Department of Agriculture, I called Jack Bellinger to confirm that the administrative order issued in December 2018 is still active and in effect until there is compliance. The order won't be closed until monthly sampling demonstrates compliance for twelve months or the water system in connected to the city. Mr. Bellinger said he understood and that there's already a contract in place for monthly monitoring with a laboratory. | ||
