| Details: | Phone conversation with Mark at Lake Side MHP. Facility recent arsenic sample was over mcl - facility noted testing to check concentration of Arsenic 3 and 5. Result to come next week. Facility owner contact LCPH regarding recent Arsenic Test. Facility will post public notice on central location where rent payments are collected. Facility will individually contact Homes where arsenic levels were testing over .05 and instruct for children not to drink water. facility will list all sites where POU/RO filters have been replaced, which houses are tested, and which sites need to have access - written access notice will be issued by facility attorney. facility noted two wells serving parts of the MHP. Front half served by one well (no A's). Back half served by second well (A's). Facility would like to replace RO's and will talk with state regarding specific RO's once Arsenic concentration test is received regarding 3's and 5's. Facility noted multiple wells being drilled in the vicinity of the MHP. Facility has provided bottled water to some residents and has verbally contact all residents regarding arsenic. 10/24/19 Facility has provided public notice and has contacted all residence with children - regarding arsenic. Facility is working with lawyer to gain entrance to rental property with POU filters and has not yet been provided access and written signature to address POU filters in each residence. |
