| Details: | Called Jamie, Engineer for Rainbow Water District. The Rainbow Water District is contracted to perform operation of the Shenandoah water system. Jamie was aware of the requirement for a Level 2 investigation when contacted. We scheduled the Level 2 investigation for November 6th at 1:30PM. Arrangements were made to inspect the water system, including a site that may have been modified without the water-system's permission by a resident. |
