Details:	Jamie, in communication with Dean Hill (system operator) emailed Lane Drinking Water Program an outline of corrective actions taken for the level 2 investigation conducted on 11/06/2019. Total coliform test results and a summary of system flushing were provided in this email. Lane Drinking Water replied with an email confirming that corrective actions had been completed as of 11/19/2019 for the Level 2 investigation.
