| Details: | Two deficiencies noted during survey. No treated sample tap for the Sun Ranch well and no level 2 operator. Paul sent me pictures of the treated sample tap in a valve box outside of the Sun Ranch well bld and Micah Olson has been hired as D-2 operator until Josh gets his level 2. These items are considered corrected. |
