Details:	On 11.08.2019 - Mr. Wagner emailed the L1 investigation Form. DW Compliance office notified via email to close investigation. Possible cause attributed to improper sampling methods resulting in false positive test results. Corrective action taken: Operator reviewed proper sampling methods to ensure accurate testing results. - Reminded operator to collect monthly RT samples and an AS sample before the end of 2019.
