| Details: | Violations 2305661 and 2305660 were generated due to the water system not maintaining the required minimum chlorine residual of 0.5 mg/L and not submitting the monthly residual monitoring report in a timely manner. I discussed the violations with the manager of the store, Stephen Snellgrove. On September 22nd the chlorine residual reported on the monthly form was 0.08 mg/L. The chlorine test kit the firm uses does not measure chlorine at this fine of detail and the recorded result was most likely due to an incorrect moving of a decimal point by the person measuring and recording the result. The result most likely was 0.8 mg/L on the 22nd, but the firm will still post a public notice in the employee break room, at the water dispensers, and the soda fountain. Mr. Snellgrove will take pictures and send me the pictures of the posted public notice as well as email me a copy of the notice used. Mr. Snellgrove will have a discussion with the people measuring and recording the chlorine residual results to ensure that they have an understanding of their duties. | ||
