Details: I discussed the monthly 4-log compliance monitoring with Stephen Snellgrove, the manager for the Retail Food Establishment operating the public water supply. He is aware of the deadline for the report submission of the 10th the following month. The report for December was not submitted, but the report for January was submitted. I suggested setting a recurring timer on his smart phone or a calendar alert (or any other means he sees fit) to ensure the reports are submitted on time. The public notice for the lack of 4-log treatment was taken down on 12/16/2020. I informed Mr. Snellgrove that I would need to see two months of correct report submission before the violations for lack of report submission can be listed as corrected. I also informed Mr. Snellgrove that the water system is currently considered a PNC based on the violation accruals/system score the system has received. That being said, I asked him to send in the December report to allow the viewing of two months of satisfactory results and to allow removal of Violation 2305661 for failure to maintain 4-log treatment.
