Details:	They need assistance with both the funding for and logistics of the new water utility that will need to include a storage tank, water treatment, and any other necessary mechanisms. Dan visited the water system to assess their current system and to discuss their options. The water system is likely going to go after funding assistance for a well project and will need help in the form of project identification and filling out an LOI. Circuit Rider to assist as needed.
