| Details: | Karen and I spoke about the compliance agreement proposed by DWS. Karen clarified the name of the board responsible for the water system, which was not the homeowners association as assumed. We also discussed the expected amount time needed for the feasibility study, funding and how to describe these in the action plan stipulated in the agreement. Karen will speak Will Templeton next week and receive more accurate and complete information about time frames for the planning and construction, after which we will finalize the agreement. | ||
