Details:	Called Jane to get an update on the construction that is due from the bilateral compliance agreement on January 1. What Jane said is three weeks ago they received the okay from county planning to begin construction. When they received this new they reached out to Tenneson Engineering to come out to the site. Then last Tuesday December 3rd Tenneson Engineering brought their plans to the county building codes department for approval, which they were told would take two weeks. The system is still at the point of receiving estimates for the work (mentioned concrete and grading concerns with it being winter), and will not be completed by the due date of January 1st.
