| Details: | We sent a letter to Mr. Hirata on 12/18/19 to notify Parkdale Water Company, Inc., that we have not received a response to the 10/28/19 water system survey, within 30 days, as required by OAR: 333-061-0076(6). We directed Parkdale Water Company to issue a ‘Tier 2’ public notice within 30 days in accordance with OAR: 333-061-076(7). We provided a template to assist them develop the notification. A copy of this letter dated 12/18/19 may be viewed upon request at Hood River County Health Department. |
