| Details: | I received an OERS report (OERS ID 2019-3226) at 4:34 PM on 12-26-19 in which a private citizen reported seeing a green sheen coming from the drain to the Tussing Creek near Tussing Park in Grants Pass. I called the City to report the incident and Larry Smith (the water treatment supervisor) called me back to report that the green sheen was a non-toxic dye being used to find leaks in the stormwater system. The Park is located downstream from the City's intake and no other water systems would be affected. | ||
