| Details: | Spoke with operator regarding the completion of Tier 1 public notice - Boil Advisory. Operator has well service coming 12/31 to look at the well and other components of water system. Still has deficiency corrections to complete from survey. Discussed again the proper abandonment of well that is below grade in one of the hotel rooms. Public notice was completed, reviewed, posted and sent to DWS today. Asked operator to record water meter readings for the next few days. I plan to evaluate the system for 4-log disinfection next week. Operator states maximum number of rooms rented at one time is 20. |
