| Details: | SUMMARY: Notice of Violation and Remedial Order Compliance Achieved DETAILS: System complied with Remedial Order dated December 14, 2005 by working with Hillsboro Cherry Grove WTP to install Soda Ash, conducting water quality parameter testing, and completing two demonstration rounds of lead and copper tap sampling. Distribution and entry point inimum pH was set at 7.6. Lead and Copper sampling reduced to 10 tap samples every year beginning 01/01/06. See letter for further details. ACTION NEEDED: Annual tap sampling for three years (may be reduced based on results), bi-weekly pH and alkalinity sampling, and distribution pH sampling to be conducted at two sites at the time of lead and copper tap sampling. | ||
