Details:	Called Mr Leuthold to get an update on compliance with the significant deficiencies. He no longer wants to be the DRC and does not have anyone in that place. He approached a Tillamook Co Commissioner and said he is giving the system to the County. I met with the Commissioner to tell her it does not work that way. They system had been in talks with Fairview WD 41-00888 and business Oregon Melanie Olson to see if they could reach some sort of agreement on tying into their system in a financially acceptable way. I tried calling Ms Olson but have not had a response. Will continue to f/u but at this time there is no DRC for the system and they are not working on the sig deficiencies.
