| Details: | SUMMARY: Discussed follow- up TTHM testing requirements with operator. DETAILS: System exceeded TTHM MCL - sample collected 7/26/05 and reported 12/19/05. System subsequently M/R for TTHM in 11/05 and result was 0.039 mg/L. Per John Potts, I asked the operator to M/R for the TTHM first two quarters of 2006 for a total of four quarters, and to due a disinfection profile for 2005 data. Operator agreed to do so. | ||
