| Details: | The alert is for a second follow up nitrate sample collected on 1/8/20. The alert for the high result is late due to the sample result not being flagged as being over the MCL of 10. The water system did learn of the result on 1/13 and had contacted Culligan to come and troubleshoot the treatment. They are scheduled to be onsite on 1/24. A public notice template was emailed to Tom. Once finalized, it needs to be posted and a copy sent back to DWS. Currently the system is on quarterly nitrate monitoring. |
