| Details: | SUMMARY: Five Monthly Routines All Positive TC DETAILS: Jo called to report their coliform problems. 5 routines taken 1/3 and another 5 routines taken 1/12 were all positive TC. The well was shock chlorinated on 1/14 and flushed out 1/18. More sample were to be taken after that. Steve suggested they install a check valve on this dead end. They did a PN on 1/17 and faxed it to our office 1/18. Refer to file. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. This system is constantly having coliform probles. They are in the process of Plan review with DHS-DWP for their spring and chlorinator, will consult with the DWP Engineer about the status. | ||
