| Details: | Ms. Jordan contacted me by telephone to ask why the additional coliform sampling was required to avoid being placed on a monthly schedule for coliform monitoring. She said that a coliform sample was collected on 12-11-2019. I explained to her that the violation was issued because it was not reported to Oregon Health Authority Drinking Water Services by 1-10-2020. | ||
