Details:	COLI19700 - 02.06.2020 - Total Coliform Alert On 02.06.2020 I contacted Mr. Bell and informed him that he should collect 3 repeat samples and 1 Triggered sample at the wellhead as soon as possible. Mr. Bell reported that he had already collected the 3 repeat samples. One sample was collected at the location that tested positive and the other two samples at different locations upstream from the site that tested positive. There are no sampling sites downstream from the site that tested positive. The triggered sample will be collected and sent to the lab later today or tomorrow when more sampling bottles are available. He was also instructed to collect 3 temporary routine samples during the month of March. Mr. Bell voluntarily posted a signs indicating the water is being tested and should be used only for handwashing. Do not drink.
