| Details: | Water Quality ALERT: COLI19706 On 02.10.2020 I contacted Mr. Bell via email and informed him that one of the repeat samples collected on 02/06/2020 came back positive for total coliforms. He was instructed to complete a L1 investigation. A copy of the L1 investigation form was provided via email. Mr. Bell was instructed to complete the form and return a copy to me via email by the end of this month. |
