Details:	Discussed violation letter to facility. facility must provide public notice regarding arsenic levels as required by OAR. Previous public notice (OCt-De) was not received. Jan-March Public notice must also be posted. Facility tested arsenic levels at 0.0326. facility is continuing income survey for USDA grant and will proceed to with next step, plan review, once this process is finished.
