| Details: | I called Ms. Marchi to introduce the proposed bilateral compliance agreement drafted last month. I informed her that OHA is required to address the arsenic violations with a formal compliance schedule because of the nature of the violations and because they can't be resolved in a matter of several months. I explained the process for reviewing and revising the proposed agreement and after ending our conversation, I sent a copy of the proposed agreement to Ms. Marchi so she could share it with the other board members. She explained that the Coop. recently purchased new media for the arsenic treatment but that after a cost of $8,500, the new media was depleted in only three months. This is apparently part of the reason the Coop. will not try to maintain or continue to utilize the existing treatment system. | ||
