Details: SUMMARY: Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and Site Security Consultation ACTION NEEDED: That they instqall dead bolts on wellhouse #02 door. That they install dead bolts on wellhouse #25 door. That they fill the large gaps that are currently underneath the fence surrounding wellhouse #02 (not in production yet) with soil, so no one can crawl under it and gain access to the well.
