| Details: | SUMMARY: City Council requesting extension to Administrative Order. DETAILS: The City is requesting an extension to October 30 from eht original date of July 15. I emphasized to the Council that this is our longest standing SNC and the only remaining SWTR non-complying system, which is a concern of EPA. Prior to the meeting I met with Joe Hitz, consulting engineer to review the status of the well drilling contract and property issues. I also met with Bob Titus to review operational issues particularly related to SWTR reporting. ACTION NEEDED: City to fax letter to request extension to Portland office on 7/12. | ||
