| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat in June, 2006 DETAILS: Bob contacted me on 6-22-06 to inform me that one of the 4 repeats taken was positive for T/C. As we discussed, he is going to disinfect and flush the system, then take 4 more repeats. I reminded him to issue a public notice and to keep me informed of their progress. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on repeat test results and advise. | ||
