| Details: | SUMMARY: Routine monthly taken 6/13/06 positive TC DETAILS: Spoke to Gene: The pump went out and had to be replaced which might have caused some disturbance in the system. The system has since been disinfected. Coffey has done the 4 repeat samples and results are pending. Gene knows to call if any repeats are positive TC because hell need to do a Public Notice. If repeats are ok, he knows to do 5 routines in July 2006. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed at this time, will continue to monitor. | ||
