Details:	Phone conversation with facility. Facility must post public notice regarding arsenic. arsenic level has decreased, but level is still above mcl. facility is under bilateral agreement with OHA which requires continuous testing and public notices to be posted monthly. Facility will continue to test quarterly until new well and arsenic removal system are approved.
