With this type of an update Oregon Health Authority under OAR 333-061-0060 (5)(a)(J) has requested that the update include a Seismic Risk Assessment and Mitigation Plan. Assistance was provided for the completion of the SIPP funding application. Funding Application has been prepared and submitted. |
