| Details: | They need assistance with both the funding for and logistics of the new water utility that will need to include a storage tank, water treatment, and any other necessary mechanisms. TCWA will also need help in applying for a SIPP grant to have a feasibility study done. A feasibility study may be a requirement depending on the funding source selected for the large scale engineering/construction grants/loans. Dan helped TCWA fill out the SIPP and submitted it on 9/13/2019 just prior to the 9/15 deadline. Circuit rider to assist as needed. |
