| Details: | SUMMARY: Monthly Routine Taken 9-12-06 positive TC DETAILS: Called and left message for Mr. Traigo, told him I was calling to inquire about the positive TC sample and to see if he had done the 4 repeats yet. Reminded him to do 5 routines in October if none of the repeats are positive, otherwise call me because he will be an MCL and need to do a Public Notice. I also asked him to call me back and set up a time with me to do a sanitary survey. ACTION NEEDED: Will continue to monitor. Need to do a sanitary survey. | ||
